You can co-create your world with your thoughts. Your mind is your most powerful tool for creating your reality.
Scientists have used brain scans to show that the same areas of the brain light up, regardless of whether the person is actually looking at a specific person or object, or the person is simply thinking about that specific person or object.
Think of your mind as live theater. In the theater you are producer, director and actor:
– So you think of problems and adversities as battles?
RECAST BATTLES AS LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.
You are not battling illness…You are learning to grow spiritually while you focus on doing everything humanly possible to heal.
– So you think of people who constantly irritate and argue with you as antagonists?
RECAST ANTAGONISTS AS TEACHERS.
You stand to learn the most (about yourself) from those who antagonize you.
– So you play a supporting role in your own life?
RECAST YOURSELF AS LEAD ACTOR.
Don’t make the person who abused you the lead actor.
Over time, playing the victim becomes an excuse to under achieve.
God helps those who help themselves. Be the star in your own show.
