NAMES OF SPIRIT GUIDES
New Spirit Guides will join your team from time to time, as you will attract exactly the right ones at the perfect time.
You don’t need to “get a reading” with a medium to learn the name of a spirit guide. You can do it yourself.
After you have done your grounding, protection, and meditation, visualize a blank
white movie screen.
Ask your spirit guide, “What name shall I call you?”
When a name pops onto your movie screen, then you can say, for example, “I saw the name Mara. May I call you Mara?”
You will be able to feel whether the name is acceptable or not, and it usually is.
If nothing is coming to you on the movie screen, try using a pad of paper and a pen. Write down the name that pops into your mind when you ask, “What name shall I call you?”
Then write the name on your paper one letter at a time. You may need to fill-in a vowel after you have written out all the letters.
Afterwards, say, “I wrote the name, for example, Troy. May I call you Troy?”
Chances are that even before you write the word “yes,” you will feel that the name is good.
Remember, you’re working with a spirit guide who has likely had many names in many lifetimes. You just need to hit upon a name that both of you!
